Your first session lasts around 60 minutes so I can fully understand your situation and goals. Follow-up sessions are shorter, depending on the case.

Can you help with food intolerances?

Food intolerances are something I deal with daily — both through personal experience and extensive training.
Don’t hesitate to book a specialized consultation if you need support in this area.

When will I start noticing changes?

The time it takes to see changes depends entirely on you. My role is to guide you and help you plan your goals, nutrition, and exercise, but the daily decisions are always yours.
With or without my help, you’re the one who chooses what to do at every moment.
